U.S. Stamp Will Honor Founder of Boys Town

A 4-cent stamp honoring Father Edward Joseph Flanagan, founder of the Boys Town protectory for abused and underprivileged youths, will be issued July 14, the U.S. Postal Service announced Sunday. Ceremonies are planned for that date at the Nebraska institution Flanagan founded in 1917.
