S. Korean to Meet Aquino

SEOUL, South Korea —
South Korean Foreign Minister Lee Won Kyung will visit the Philippines from May 19 to 21 as a special envoy of President Chun Doo Hwan, it was announced Monday. He is scheduled to meet with President Corazon Aquino, Vice President Salvador Laurel and other officials.
