CARACAS, Venezuela —
Heavy rains over most of Venezuela have collapsed houses, left hundreds homeless and flooded rivers in the country’s central states, reportedly drowning two children. The central states of Carabobo, Aragua, Trujillo and Miranda were hardest hit by the rains Tuesday.
