Prison Rampage Stopped

PONTIAC, Mich. —
Inmates angry over transfer plans smashed windows and destroyed recreational equipment Wednesday before police quelled the four-hour rampage at the Camp Pontiac minimum-security prison, officials said. No injuries were reported.
