Community Psychiatric Hikes Common Dividend
Community Psychiatric Centers said last week that its directors have voted to increase the regular quarterly dividend paid to holders of common stock from 7 cents to 8 cents per share.
Robert L. Green, the Santa Ana-based company’s chairman, told shareholders at the company’s annual meeting Thursday in Irvine that the dividend is payable July 10 to shareholders of record June 10, 1986.
At that meeting, company officials also announced plans to relocate the firm from Santa Ana to Mission Viejo. Construction of a new headquarters building, estimated to cost about $2 million, will start in about three months.
