Wilshire-Brentwood Plaza Leasing Reaches 75% Mark

Two newly signed leases totaling $8 million have brought the $70-million, 233,500-square-foot Wilshire Brentwood Plaza in Brentwood to the 75%-leased point, according to Search Builders Inc., owner of the 15-story building at 12400 Wilshire Blvd.
