Rivlia Wins Feature at Hollypark Over Favored Prime Assett

Rivlia, ridden by Gary Stevens, held off heavily favored Prime Assett in the final furlong Saturday and scored a half-length victory in the $65,800 Caballero Handicap at Hollywood Park.
Prime Assett, ridden by Laffit Pincay, was second, 1 3/4 lengths in front of Shulich, ridden by Ruben Hernandez.
Rivlia was timed in 2:26 3/5 for 1 1/2 miles on the turf course.
Rivlia paid $9.40, $3.40 and $2.80. Prime Assett, the 9-10 choice, returned $2.80 and $2.40, and Shulich paid $3.20 to show.
