Torrance : Rose Parade Float Entry

The City Council decided Tuesday that the Torrance entry in the next Tournament of Roses Parade will be an $80,000 float with a giant bull dog, intended to exemplify the slogan “Bully for the British.” The theme of the coming parade is internationalism.
