Manhattan Beach : Additions to Panel Delayed

Share

A proposed ordinance that would add two members to the five-member Planning Commission has been put off until August to give the City Council time to meet with members of the commission and the Board of Zoning Adjustment.

The council voted Tuesday to delay adoption of the ordinance, which was introduced last month, until after a meeting on July 31 between the council and the zoning board. Councilman Bob Holmes proposed the delay so the city could consider a proposal to disband the zoning board and add some of its members to the Planning Commission.
