WASHINGTON —
President Reagan will nominate Peter R. Greer, superintendent of the Portland, Me., school system, to be deputy undersecretary of education for intergovernmental and interagency affairs, the White House announced Thursday. Greer, 45, would succeed A. Wayne Roberts.
