Madagascar Official Killed

TANANARIVE, Madagascar —
Defense Minister Guy Sibon was among 13 people killed Saturday when their plane crashed into a mountain 100 miles south of this capital, the government of Madagascar said. A general, who was not identified, also died. It was unclear why the DC-3 crashed, the statement added.
