Swedish investigators announced that it was unlikely that Prime Minister Olof Palme was killed by the agent of a terrorist group. Claes Zeime, the judicial head of the investigation into the shooting Feb. 28, said police have studied 16 organizations without finding a link. Police Commissioner Hans Holmer said police are still following 40 “interesting” leads.
