The head of a Sunset Strip management company and the owner of a Westwood traffic school were charged with providing completion certificates for people who did not attend the traffic school. Ross Berton, 39, of Manchester Management Corp. and Yankel Marcus, 33, of Shomer Traffic School were each charged with felony conspiracy to obstruct justice and presenting false evidence to a court.
