Work Under Way on Studio City Building

Ground has been broken for a $6.5-million, 34,000-square-foot office building at 4705 Laurel Canyon Blvd., Studio City, being developed by LMC Investments of Glendale. The building will have three floors plus a penthouse. Completion is scheduled in December.
