Redondo Beach : Zoning Hearing Set
The City Council will hold a public hearing July 15 to consider changing the zoning on two surplus elementary school sites, Andrews and McCandless.
The proposed change to a planned-development zoning designation is needed so the Redondo Beach City School District can lease large portions of the sites to developers for use as senior-citizen housing, City Manager Tim Casey said.
