COMMENCEMENT 1986 : Fullerton College
Fullerton College held its 72nd commencement Wednesday evening. The traditional ceremony was held at the Fullerton High School stadium. Approximately 400 graduates and 1,600 guests were expected to attend.
Degrees: 1,200 associate in arts were awarded.
Speakers: The keynote speakers were Terrence D. Cleveland, Associated Student Body president for 1985/86 and Man of Distinction for both 1985 and 1986, and Sherry L. Johnson, Woman of Distinction for 1986.
Honorary Degrees: The Distinguished Alumni Award went to Dia M. Dorsey; the Distinguished Friend of Fullerton College Award went to Herbert M. Warren.
Other Graduations: Cypress College with 884 degrees awarded.
