Swedish Conservative Leader Resigns Post

STOCKHOLM —
Ulf Adelsohn, leader of Sweden’s opposition Conservative Party, resigned Wednesday, saying he did not feel he was really suited to the job.
“I have had this job for nearly five years . . . I am used to concrete results and, to be frank, I’m more suited to being a decision maker than an opposition politician,” Adelsohn said.
