Westwood : Merchants Start Bank Hot Line

The Westwood Village Merchants Assn. has formed a financial committee to address the concerns of the area’s 18 banking and financial institutions, association president Linda Arneal said. Michael McHugh, chairman of the new committee, said the group has established a hot line to inform participating institutions of current security problems. Plans call for speakers from the Los Angeles Police Department and the city Planning Department to address future meetings.
