Liberty’s Ribbon to Be Cut

WASHINGTON —
First Lady Nancy Reagan will join American and French schoolchildren in a ribbon-cutting ceremony July 5 on Ellis Island in New York to officially reopen the Statue of Liberty to the public, it was announced Friday.
