Fire in Rail Cars Triggers Blast in Texas; 5 Injured

SAN ANTONIO —
A flood-weakened bridge collapsed as a freight train crossed it Sunday and at least five tank cars containing chemicals caught fire, triggering an explosion that injured five people and forced the evacuation of at least 1,000 others, authorities said.
