Singer Jello Biafra (in the news lately over the naughty poster in the band’s last album) is a charmingly acerbic performer, and the main value of this one-hour concert punkumentary lies in exposing him and his San Francisco band’s charged sound to the curious who are too timid to venture into the flying-elbow zone.
