Halweg Named President of Tile Institute

Gerald M. Halweg, for nine years administrative director of the Ceramic Tile Institute, has been installed as president of the 600-member Los Angeles chapter of the Construction Specifications Institute, the largest chapter in the nation.

Other newly installed chapter officers are Jo Drummond, president-elect; Isidoro A. Alimento, vice president-professional; Lorne W. Bell, vice president-industry; George L. Gordon, treasurer, and Hans W. Meier, secretary.

Board of directors members are Stephen J. Densmore, Robert C. Smith, Donald S. Gill, Curtis B. Stranley, Steve M. Izuhara, Judy Holleran, Jeanette (Su) Barnett and Griffith J. Williams.
