Ronald E. Douglas, most recently executive vice president and chief operating officer of Murdock Development Co., Los Angeles, has been named president of Rancon Financial Corp., Rancho California.
Tad Jones has been named president and general manager of Coldwell Banker Capital Management Services, Los Angeles. He joined the company in 1971, later served as national marketing director for industrial properties and its investment group and was appointed senior vice president. Ray S. Bradley, manager of Coldwell Banker Real Estate Management Services’ South Bay office and with the company since 1974, has been named a vice president of the national real estate firm.
