Ex-Gov. Pat Brown Receives Valley Democrats’ Top Award
Former Gov. Edmund G. (Pat) Brown was awarded the San Fernando Valley Democratic Party’s lifetime achievement award Sunday.
The Helen Greenberg Memorial Achievement award is named for a longtime Valley Democratic Party activist who died in January. The award is given to honor “individuals who have contributed both time and effort to the welfare of the Democratic Party in the San Fernando Valley as well as throughout the state.”
