71 Homes Offered as Development Opens in Valencia

The San Marino Collection, the third single-family development at Valencia Summit in Valencia, is celebrating its first release of 71 units this weekend.

The Mediterranean-style homes are offered in three different floor plans sized from 1,312 to 1,834 square feet and priced from $139,950 to $235,950, with two to three bedrooms plus den and up to three baths.

Four furnished models by Carole Eichen Interiors are available for inspection daily at 24345 Taranto Ave., Valencia, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
