Rancho Pacific Business Park to Open Sept. 1

A Sept. 1 completion is expected for the $5-million, four-building Rancho Pacific Business Park being developed in Rancho Cucamonga by Pacific Scene Inc., Colton.

Designed by the architectural firm of Simonoff/Hawkins & Associates, Newport Beach, the complex will have a total of 80,000 square feet, with space available from 1,500 to 30,000 square feet for single users, according to Pacific Scene project manager Ken Spear.

The complex is at 6th and Utica streets, near the intersection of Interstates 10 and 215, and will feature a campus-like business environment with pedestrian plazas and waterscapes, he added.
