West German police have arrested two executives of a major aerospace company on suspicion of espionage for the Soviet Bloc, the newspaper Die Welt reported. Citing unidentified security sources, the paper said that the two executives worked for the Munich-based Messerschmitt-Boelkow-Blohm company. One suspect was identified only as a 42-year-old deputy department chief who participated in research and development involving military equipment over the past decade. The other was described only as working for a “Communist secret service.”
