Envoy to Gambia Selected

WASHINGTON —
President Reagan will nominate Herbert E. Horowitz as ambassador to Gambia, the White House announced Tuesday. Horowitz, 55, has been deputy chief of mission at the U.S. Embassy in Peking since 1984.
