A Fullerton man had alcohol and drugs in his blood when he died after a fall at a rock concert at Long Beach Arena last month, according to the Los Angeles County coroner’s office. John Anthony Loftus, 22, who died of a broken neck, had a blood-alcohol level of 0.16--well above the 0.10 threshold for drunk drivers--and small amounts of cocaine and a strong amphetamine were also found in his system, coroner’s spokesman Bill Gold said. Loftus was one of about three dozen people injured, including four seriously, before or during concerts June 13 and 14 by rock performer Ozzie Osbourne.
