Birtcher Corp. of El Monte said it has received a $500,000 order from Mexico’s Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social for medical equipment. Birtcher also said it signed an exclusive $4.5-million agreement with Cardiac Recorders Inc., Thousand Oaks, to market cardiac products in the United States and Canada under the Birtcher label.
