A Chula Vista boy who chased some playmates onto Central Avenue died after being run over by a car.
Troy Robert Locke, 4, died at 7:45 p.m. Friday at Children’s Hospital after being struck at 6:10 p.m. in the 5800 block of Central. The accident is under investigation.
