Comp-U-Card is in a joint video shopping venture.

The company and Financial News Network entered an agreement to launch Telshop, a home-video shopping service that will offer FNN viewers name-brand merchandise at discount prices. FNN will produce and distribute home shopping programs, and Comp-U-Card International will purchase the merchandise, process orders on its existing computers system and handle all aspects of customer service. The agreement is subject to approval of the boards of both firms.
