A man who was jailed 19 days on a traffic ticket because he refused to reveal his name has been freed on bail. Using a thumbprint, San Bernardino County sheriff’s deputies identified the man as Raymond Kent Yarbrough, 39, an unemployed window washer whose last known address was in North Hollywood. Yarbrough refused to identify himself as anyone but John Y. Doe after being stopped June 15 by a California Highway Patrol officer in Loma Linda for allegedly making an illegal left turn. He was arrested when he refused to show his driver’s license or identify himself. Yarbrough’s trial was set for July 15.
