A federal judge in San Francisco has refused to reinstate attorney Thomas Christo and another man from the Parsippany, N.J.-based firm’s board of directors, from which they resigned to try to pressure the president into leaving. In a ruling made public, Chief U.S. District Judge Robert Peckham said Christo and former Mohawk President Francis Lucier were bound by their oral resignations from the three-member board at a directors’ meeting last month, even through they later said they hadn’t intended to resign.
