Uganda joined Nigeria and Ghana as African nations announcing plans to boycott the 49-nation British Commonwealth Games July 24-Aug. 2 at Edinburgh, Scotland. The boycott is in protest of Britain’s refusal to impose economic sanctions on South Africa.
