A new automotive concept is being implemented by the Mainland Pacific Development Co., a Los Angeles-based commercial real estate developer in Fresno.
The firm, which recently opened a branch office in Fresno, plans to build a 19,000-square-foot complex for auto supply and auto service operators at 4304 N. Blackstone Ave. in that city. The Blackstone Auto Alley will include three retail spaces and 22 service bays.
In addition, the company is building an 18,000-square-foot retail shopping center at the intersection of Cedar and Olive avenues in South Fresno. The combined investment in the two projects will be in excess of $4 million.
