Lancaster Tract Opens Today With 3 Models

West Venture Development opens its New America Collection this weekend at the corner of Avenue I and 5th Street in Lancaster with three decorated models, featuring three distinct floor plans priced from $79,950 to $89,950.

A total of 90 one- and two-story homes will be built in two phases and will include two or three bedrooms and two or 2 1/2 baths in plans that range in size from 1,059 to 1,340 square feet.

Designed for the needs of young families, a bonus area of about 200 square feet is offered for conversion into a den, study or additional sleeping quarters.

Interiors have carpeting throughout the living areas, central air conditioning and a wood burning fireplace. The kitchens have color coordinated appliances and most master baths include skylights.

Models may be viewed daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
