Refinancing Obtained for Museum Square

Oschin and Snyder II has refinanced Museum Square, its 10-story office building at 5757 Wilshire Blvd.

The sum of $66 million was provided by the Aetna Casualty and Surety Co., and Coldwell Banker Real Estate Finance Services negotiated the placement.
