Lars Boysen, vice president and director of human resources and corporate research at Pacific Savings Bank in Costa Mesa, has been promoted to senior vice president for personnel. Boysen, 37, of Huntington Beach has been with the company since 1975.
The bank also hired Peter Kroosz, 47, of Long Beach as vice president of its PSB Realty subsidiary and director of residential property management. Kroosz was a regional vice president for the Robert A. McNeil Corp. He replaced Fred Arvelos, who resigned to form his own company.
The bank also promoted G. Kent Sorey, who holds a doctorate in economics, to assistant treasurer. Sorey, 35, of Costa Mesa joined the bank last year as a senior investment analyst.
