Lee Harris of Mission Viejo has been hired for the newly created position of vice president for commercial mortgage lending at National Bank of Southern California in Santa Ana. Harris, 51, who has nearly 20 years of banking experience, had headed his own consulting firm, Harris & Associates, which he closed when he joined the bank.
