Lots of ink lately about Warner Bros. nabbing the movie rights to Harry Saint’s novel, “Memoirs of an Invisible Man.” But the price hasn’t materialized.
Try a dizzying $1.45 million.
Warner Bros. won’t confirm or deny, but reliable sources are saying that’s the price tag. The numbers reportedly soared after Chevy Chase asked the studio to buy the book and WB got into a bidding war with several other studios.
