View-Oriented Community Opens Today in Moreno Valley

Serenata, a 182-unit view-oriented community by Sandorf Building Co., Santa Monica, opens today in Moreno Valley with 28 three- and four-bedroom single-family houses priced from $95,990 to $117,990.
Four floor plans are offered, with 1,312 to 1,974 square feet of living area. First move-ins are expected in early September.
Features include tile roofs, two- and three-car garages, lots with at least 7,200 square feet, vaulted ceilings, skylights, bay and clerestory windows and overhead plant shelves. Every plan features a formal dining area and informal breakfast nook, while three plans include family rooms.
Four furnished models are open daily 10 a.m.-6 p.m. at Ironwood Avenue and Lassalle Street.
