Rancho California Community Opens Today With 34 Houses

The 274-unit Spanish Oaks project by MacLeod Development of Pasadena opens today in Rancho California with an initial increment of 31 two-to-four-bedroom single-family houses priced from $87,400 to $118,400.
Designed by VCA-Randy Washington Group, the houses are offered in six one- and two-story plans with 1,180 to 1,840 square feet. Features include concrete tile roofing, vaulted ceilings, air conditioning, rear- and side-yard fencing and front-yard landscaping with sprinklers.
Six models furnished by Jack Maimes Interiors are open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily at 31009 Dulce Court, reached from the eastbound California 79 offramp of Interstate 15.
