Consisting of a five-story, 100,000-square-foot building with 400 underground parking spaces, the structure will cost more than $15 million and house the Taft Entertainment Co. It will be built on part of the existing parking area of the Hanna-Barbera Productions studio. Hanna-Barbera is a wholly owned subsidiary of Taft Entertainment.
The developer is Wolff-Sesnon-Buttery, a San Jose-based real estate development firm with offices in North Hollywood and West Los Angeles. The architect is Fields & Silverman, Beverly Hills. The contractor is Koll Co., Irvine, and project financing has been provided by Security Pacific National Bank.
