Three Orange County men were arrested after they allegedly sold two pounds of cocaine to undercover Kern County sheriff’s detectives. Officers said the arrests in the parking lot of the Grapevine Restaurant, south of Bakersfield, ended a two-week undercover operation. Booked for investigation of various drug-related charges were Harko Deboer, 38, of Huntington Beach; Mark Dominguez, 21, of Santa Ana; and Terry Cobin, 42, of Huntington Beach.
