Orange : College Expands Night Courses to Help Adults

Share

Chapman College this year is greatly expanding its night courses this year to help working adults who are pursuing bachelor’s or master’s degrees, college officials announced.

“In the past, Chapman has offered relatively few evening classes,” noted Anthony Garcia, dean of admissions. “But in response to the growing number of working adults interested in returning to college and earning their degrees, we’ve designed a schedule which can better serve their needs.”

Garcia said night classes would be offered that lead to degrees in business administration, communications, computer science, psychology and social science.

He said that financial aid is available for qualified applicants.

An open house is scheduled at Bertea Hall on the Chapman campus at 7 p.m. Aug. 13 to acquaint students with the upcoming fall courses, including the expanded night classes.
