Bomb Rips Hotel in Spain

MARBELLA, Spain —
Suspected Basque separatists set off a bomb Tuesday at a luxury seaside hotel packed with tourists, injuring a 9-year-old boy, authorities said. The group, known as the ETA, last May announced a campaign to sabotage Spain’s $8-billion tourist industry.
