Laurence A. Cox Jr. was appointed chairman and chief executive of Merchant’s Bank, Beverly Hills. In addition, the bank said it named Edward J. Mylett Jr. president and chief operating officer, Michael D. Moore senior executive vice president and David P. Malone executive vice president and chief financial officer.
