Signs of the killer disease AIDS have been found in 15 Poles so far but no epidemic is expected here, the government’s anti-AIDS team reported Friday.

Tests of 31,000 people revealed AIDS--acquired immune deficiency syndrome-- antibodies in eight hemophiliacs, five homosexuals and two prostitutes, groups most prone to be infected with the virus, which destroys the body’s immune system, Jerzy Bonczak, a member of the team, said.
