Marlborough Corp. Unveils Rancho Cucamonga Dwellings

The grand opening of Marlborough Country this weekend introduces a new single-family home project in Rancho Cucamonga’s planned community of Vintage Highlands.

Three distinctively designed three- and four-bedroom homes are being offered in the Marlborough Development Corp. community, with from 1,478 to 2,018 square feet of interior living space and two or three baths. The homes have one- and two-story plans and the price range is $113,990 to $136,990.

Twenty-eight homes have been purchased during the preview sales period and move-ins in the first phase of 34 homes are expected to begin in October. The build-out total is 236 units.

Marlborough Country homes were designed by Stoffregen Gouvis & Associates in Spanish, Tudor and Cape Cod styles. Model homes have been decorated by Norman Colburt.

Interior appointments include vaulted ceilings, ceramic tile entries, wood-burning fireplaces, bay windows, archways, spacious master bedrooms and fully equipped kitchens.

The sales center for Marlborough Country is located at 11545 Mount San Antonio St. and is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
